Established in 1978, Garrett Electric is a commercial industrial electrical contractor located in Richland, WA. Embracing a foundation of honesty, teamwork, and quality, we are honored to have a reputation of the highest integrity throughout the Pacific Northwest. With over 40 years of serving our great region—ranging from northeastern Oregon to the United States-Canadian border—we have the experience you need to get the job done.
As a division of Olsson Industrial Electric and a subsidiary of the NAES Corporation, our team is backed by high-caliber electricians with an established reputation across the Pacific Northwest. Alongside our electrical systems offerings, we are proud to offer comprehensive design-builds for a variety of industries–whether commercial, medical, industrial, educational, or governmental–through OS Engineering, the Engineering sector of Olsson Industrial Electric. In addition to being licensed, bonded, and insured, Garrett Electric is a member of the Construction Industry Training Council of Washington, ensuring that each of our electricians are highly qualified, experienced, and licensed in Washington.

With a degree from Perry Technical Institute and over 20 years of electrical construction experience, Nick Naccarato brought the expertise needed to take Garrett Electric to the next professional level as president in 2004. Nick has a crucial role in expanding business opportunities, providing safety standards, and shaping the vision and culture of Garrett Electric. His successes include leading his team in embracing a win-win attitude, achieving projects well under budget, and expanding the company’s scope of operations to a diverse market base.

While working on his Mechanical Engineering degree at Washington State University, Eric Bostrom started as an electrical apprentice at Garrett Electric in 1991. After over 30 years of dedication—and achieving licensure in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho—today Eric helps customers minimize project expenditures while obtaining the best products and installations according to their needs. Eric appreciates the collaborative atmosphere of Garrett Electric and the collective goal of being the best electrical contractor in the Tri-Cities area and beyond.

Jeff Shaw has 18 years of experience in the electrical industry, ranging from leading electrical installs for apartment complexes as an Apprentice to leading multi-million dollar projects as a Foreman. At Garrett Electric, Jeff utilizes project management and estimation strategies to identify clients’ needs and implement plans to accommodate those needs. Jeff thrives off of taking ownership over projects and building lifelong relationships with his coworkers.

After spending four years as an electrician for the U.S. Air Force and obtaining Washington licensure, Dennis Albin joined the team at Garrett Electric as a Foreman in 1998. With 30 years of electrical experience across various industries, Dennis has the industry expertise needed to successfully support electricians while maintaining relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, trade partners, suppliers, vendors and direct-end customers.

An experienced construction Foreman and CAD Design Draftsman, Victor Ursul joined the team at Garrett Electric in 2013. With an AAS in Engineering Technology, CITC Commercial Electrician training, electrician licensure in Washington and Oregon, and a certificate in AGC Construction Quality Management, Victor has the knowledge and expertise required to analyze the needs of customers and deliver custom, quality, affordable solutions.

Tony joined Garrett in 2019 bringing with him 10 years of general contracting experience and a degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University. Tony’s leadership experience in delivering high profile, complex projects across the healthcare, higher education, technology, and industrial market sectors has earned him tremendous respect from his customers, colleagues, and trade partners alike. He is an expert in Lean construction practices and excels in the implementation of standard operating procedures, adoption of technology, and development of high-performance teams.

Jeff Larson joined Garrett Electric in 2020 as Controller, bringing over 20 years of Accounting, Operations, and Human Resources experience in the Construction, Manufacturing, and Hospitality industries. Jeff has a strong track record of streamlining accounting department functions while improving accuracy and reporting capabilities. Jeff graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a BS in Business & Administrative Studies, and Portland State University with a Post-Baccalaureate Accounting Certificate. Jeff is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) as a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, and an Enrolled Agent (EA), maintaining unlimited practice rights with the IRS.

After receiving his degree in Safety and Health Management from Central Washington University and attaining his GSP designation by the BCSP Kyle joined the team in 2021. With a background in general construction in southern California Kyle helps ensure that all work done by Garrett Electric is done in the safest way possible. Kyle takes passion in implementing and encouraging a positive safety culture through collaboration and the building of lifelong relationships
