Scope of Work

Add second electron-beam hearth furnace and vacuum-arc remelting capability to support OEM-specified two-melt titanium production.
Construct Building G (40,000+ sq. ft.), a single-story production facility with electrical/mechanical support rooms for each melt process, a control room, and second-floor manager offices.
Engineer and place multiple equipment foundations, two deep melt-process pits up to 35 feet, seven bridge cranes, and walls up to two feet thick for heavy equipment support.
Construct Building E (≈11,500 sq. ft.), a single-story maintenance shop with storage mezzanine above employee break room, restrooms, and managers’ offices.
Design-build delivery with Fisher Construction Group (GC/architect), MSI Engineers (plumbing/HVAC), and in-house electrical design.
