Polar Freezer Expansion

Garrett Electric was contracted to expand a cold storage freezer facility that currently handles more than two billion pounds of food each year. This expansion will result in an addition of 15.8 million cubic feet of storage as well as space for 45,000 additional pallets. Equipped with a fully automated trolley system and an oxygen reduction system—this will be the largest freezer in the world when complete.
