Tri-Cities Airport Expansion

In 2017, Garrett Electric performed a complete remodel and expansion for the fully functional Tri-Cities Airport terminal. The phased construction included the replacement of legacy systems with the incremental startup of new systems, including access control, camera, fire alarm, paging, and electrical service, maintaining existing electrical service and low voltage systems while construction was taking place. This project included the addition of two new boarding concourses, updated airline ticket counters, a larger and more efficient security screening area, a new space for TSA outbound baggage and screening equipment, and an expanded secure boarding area including a full-service restaurant, children’s play area, and five new passenger gates.
