Richland City Hall

Garrett Electric performed electrical construction for a new 40,840-square-foot, three-story City Hall building that now houses the Council Chambers. This progressive design build project included theatrical lighting, a complete audio/visual package, lighting controls compliant with the Washington State Energy Code, emergency power, low voltage work subcontractor coordination, fire alarm, telephone and data, CCTV security, access control, and overhead paging systems.
