WSU Tri-Cities housing

Garrett Electric executed the electrical construction for a new three-story, 81-unit, 32,115-square-foot, student housing facility for Washington State University Tri-Cities in Richland. This project utilized an Acuity nLight lighting control system for all LED fixtures for maximum efficiency. All feeders were run underground and staked out using a robotic total station. Underground feeders were modeled in 3D Revit, coordinated, and prefabricated where possible. This building, when finished, was the largest educational housing apartment building in the Tri-Cities area.
